For those that read my blog but don't subscribe to the Covenant Radio podcast, I'd encourage you to do so. It's a great pleasure to join Bill in hosting CR, and I am pleased to say that we have some very good programs coming up - including one this Thursday evening with Dr. Ken Talbot, who will be discussing his recent book, Confirming Our Faith: A Reformed Covenantal Theology of the Sacraments.
This book is near and dear to my heart, as it is written in response, in part, to the grievous sacramental errors of the Federal Vision movement. I'm very much looking forward to our discussion on Thursday.
Also upcoming on Covenant Radio are the following broadcasts and our interviewees:
- October 22, 2009, 7:30PM EDT - Kenneth Talbot, President of Whitefield Theological Seminary, on his book, Confirming Our Faith: A Reformed Covenantal Theology of the Sacraments, a reformed response to Federal Vision sacramental errors.
- October 29, 2009, 7:30PM EDT - Jason Stellman, Pastor of Exile Presbyterian Church, Woodinville, WA, on his book, Dual Citizens: Worship and Life in the Already and the Not Yet.
- November 5, 2009, 7:30PM EDT - Dr. Richard Bacon, Pastor of Faith Presbyterian Church Reformed, of Mesquite, TX. On this program, we'll be discussing his book The Visible Church and The Outer Darkness (available online) and in particular addressing the topic of Presbyterian heritage and the doctrine of the visible church.
